Quando si entra nella cucina di San Paterniano, cuore della nostra casa,  il tempo si ferma e la tavola imbandita è un richiamo irresistibile! Un fiore fresco in tavola vi darà sempre il buongiorno!! Punto di ritrovo per raccontarci, per consigliarvi su cosa visitare nelle Marche,  per rilassarci... E nelle fredde giornate invernali il camino acceso ci tiene compagnia con il suo crepitio e il suo calore.                                 

When you enter the kitchen of San Paterniano, the heart of our home, time stops and the table spread is irresistible! A fresh flower on the table will always give you a very nice day! Meeting point to tell us about, for advice on what to visit in the Marche, to relax ... And on cold winter days the fireplace keeps us company with its crackling and warmth.    

  

La colazione è varia e gustosa per soddisfare tutti i palati!!

La frutta è la regina della tavola. Frutta di stagione dal nostro orto come fragole, more, fichi, ciliegie, susine, nespole, giuggiole, cachi.. e frutta secca in tutte le stagioni!!

Breakfast is varied to suit all tastes! 

The fruit is the queen of the table. Seasonal fruit from our garden as strawberries, blackberries, figs, cherries, plums, medlar, jujube, khaki .. and dried fruit in all seasons!

Avrete l'occasione di assaggiare dolci tipici locali come il serpe, i cavallucci, i "biscotti de o batte" (foto), gli arancini, le frittelle di polenta e tanto altro...    Dolci unici della nostra zona!                                                                                  You will have the opportunity to taste typical local sweets like a "serpe", the "cavallucci", the "de biscuits or beats" (pictured), the arancini, polenta frietters and much more ... Ogni giorno troverete dolci diversi fatti in casa con prodotti freschi e genuini.. dalla torta di ricotta con pinoli, al rotolo alle fragole fresche, torte di mele, torte al cioccolato, torta con noci e uvette.. troppe per scriverle tutte!! Per me è sempre un piacere prepararvi buone colazioni!!

Every day you will find several homemade desserts with fresh and genuine products .. the ricotta cake with pine nuts, fresh strawberries to the roll, apple pie, chocolate cake, cake with nuts and raisins ..
For me it is always a pleasure to prepare a good breakfast!

...e poi succhi di frutta, yogurt (confezionato e fatto in casa), cereali, marmellate (confezionate e fatte in casa), pane, fette biscottate, pizze, salumi vari, formaggi, crostini...

and then ... fruit juices, yogurt (packaged and home-made), cereals, jams (packaged and homemade), bread, biscuits, pizza, cold cuts, cheese, croutons ...

Potrete gustare le vostre colazioni nell'intimità della vostra camera, o in nostra compagnia nell'ampia cucina, o in giardino nel periodo estivo, e novità del 2013 anche in chiesa!

You can enjoy your breakfast in your room or in our company in the large kitchen or in the garden during the summer, and new in 2013 also in church!
